Lawyer love family and dogs and golf and chess and lake life and skiing and philosophy and piano. Dislike shithead insurance companies. Chaotic good.

One thing I'll miss when I retire is watching lawyers make a bunch of poor decisions on Friday afternoons. "I don't know what to do but I don't want to think about it over the week so blahhhhhhhh".

It is your responsibility to put yourself in the best position to deal with whatever the world can present to you; it is not the world's job to only present to you things you're capable of handling. Otherwise I'm a Democrat.

Assume, if you go far enough in one direction in space, you end up where you started, like if you go far in one direction on Earth. If the cycle was a million light years we could probably detect the repetition at this point. How long a cycle could we detect at this point? Any evidence of repeats?

If you were asked to rate 20 hamburgers on a scale from 1 to 10, would there be approximately 2 1s, 2 2s, 2 3s, etc., or would there be approximately a bunch of 4s, 5s, and 6s and less and less as you get to the higher and lower edges?

My mind has among other things a checker and a cycler. The checker sifts through everything I know to find inconsistencies and gives me a jolt if it finds something; the cycler sends me overflow feelings from powerful events that couldn't be resolved in their moment. What does yours do?

You are up to date.
