Something sad occurred to me. This July 4th is a biggie and should be a wonderful, fun celebration but it's been ruined. He has turned this country into a shithole and I just can't see celebrating. Yet another thing he has ruined.

I'm a staunch Democrat/vote blue person. I know the dangers our country faces and will vote & volunteer for local campaigns. I will donate when I can but I do NOT need scare texts trying to get me to donate. I will block those.

Haitians in Springfield Ohio are going to lose their protected status Tuesday at 1159a. Apparently ICE will be there then to start arresting them. I am trying to get in touch with organizations to help.

It's 7 degrees out and the dogs have been out 4 times already. Each time, they only stay about 2 minutes before they want back in. But then, 20 minutes later they are pestering me to go back out. I'm not sure whether they forget that it is cold or are hopeful that THIS time it will be better.

The turnout for the rallies yesterday was amazing but we can't stop there. With all the gerrymandering and attacks on voting rights, we have to turn out in overwhelming numbers at the polls in 2028. Our next goal is we have to reach out to non voters. We need voter registration drives.
