Facebook should be embarrassed by how horrendous the Marketplace interface and search functionality is. I searched for car ramps and I’m getting desk chairs, laptops, and bedazzled hats. Phenomenally bad

The Brewers bodied the Cubs in the playoffs last year and celebrated with an L flag on the field. Tom and Jed responded by signing Bregman and trading for Edward Cabrera, while, yet again, trying to cobble together a bullpen. This lack of fire and excitement is killing my fandom

As a country that is obsessed with the idea of the nuclear family and the values it encapsulates, it is insane how we have set everything up to make that “ideal” absolutely exhausting to achieve. We’re only four months into parenthood, and it feels like so much is working against us

And there are TONS of families that have things exponentially worse than we do! I recognize that we have things pretty good, yet it still feels like every day is a logistical battle. If the government exists, it should be to MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR EVERYONE

What pisses me off about the prospect of the Brewers winning a World Series is that I have never in my life met a diehard Brewers fan, and I live in Wisconsin. I’ve never met someone that roots for the Brewers the way there are tons of rabid Packers fans

To me, it’s always felt like, “oh yeah, we have a baseball team in Wisconsin.” They’re third fiddle to the Packers and Badgers, and were fourth behind the Bucks during the Giannis years. They’ve also only seemed to care simply to spite Cubs fans. The enthusiasm is the definition of fair weather

Do any other Cubs fans feel like the electricity around the 15-16 teams taught you what a winning vibe feels like? Because I’ve been waiting for that spark again, and I just haven’t fully felt it. It didn’t take long into this season for me to realize this Cubs team didn’t have “it”

This culture is bland as hell and it starts at the top. No fire outside of PCA, Steele, and Palencia, and two thirds of that equation essentially haven’t contributed this seasone

Braxton Garrett’s been solid in Iowa. He was an under-the-radar deadline addition, and I’m surprised he hasn’t been up

The #Cubs have recalled right-hander Braxton Garrett and added him to the active roster for today's game, and optioned right-hander Gavin Hollowell.

Have Illustrator’s smart guides gotten worse? Objects seemingly refuse to snap to the edges of artboards, always leaving a sliver of white, but they sure will snap to everything and anything else!
