not too long ago i joined as a maintainer of svelte's acorn-typescript plugin 👀 i missed hacking away at ASTs and parser stuff 😄 has also been super nice working with @baseballyama.bsky.social on modernising a bunch of it 🙏 always a joy to collab with the svelte team

We’re looking for a new logo for rsvelte, a project reimplementing the Svelte ecosystem in Rust. When I previously introduced rsvelte here, some people raised concerns about its AI-generated logo, so we’d like to replace it and we need your help! github.com/baseballyama...

github.comBetter Project Logo · Issue #2295 · baseballyama/rsvelteI quickly prototyped some non-AI ideas for a clean, simple project Logo. Let me know if you have any other ideas!

SvelteKit 3 is coming...try the pre release right now and report any issues 🧡

Closing 9 issues with a single PR - didn't have that in a long time. This one is for a bunch of cleanup and streamlining of shallow routing (svelte.dev/docs/kit/sha...). It's gonna be part of SvelteKit 3, which is coming along great, prereleases are out on npm already - go try it out!

I’m currently testing rsvelte as much as I can, but my testing is still very limited. Please try it in your own environment and open lots of issues. In any case, it definitely makes things faster!!! github.com/baseballyama...

You can try using rsvelte, a Rust-based Svelte ecosystem, here. baseballyama.github.io/rsvelte/play...

Please try this experimental feature. This should bring a big performance improvement, especially for large projects that use Svelte with TypeScript. If there are no major issues, we plan to make this the default in the next major version.

big progress on the @svelte.dev ESLint parser! @baseballyama.bsky.social added a new experimental flag that can result in an 8x speed up in some repos 🔥

You are up to date.
