Bic 4-in-1 pens are great. They are manufactured in at least two places. France and Mexico ones I've used. The Mexico made one was a bit creaky. Red ink: Corrections; criticism & critical, reserve it. Blue ink: Marginal notes; comments. Green ink: Unnecessary; direct quotes. Black: All else.
