Few people knew the circumstances of Jen's passing. It's sad that someone decided to betray it to TMZ but that's the sad state of the salacious click world we live in

As it's now public, my friend Jen Eckhart has tragically died by suicide. She was a good person with a huge heart. My thoughts go out to all who knew and cared about her. May her memory be a blessing.
