My cats are like chalk and cheese. Wolfie is pale and silly, Missy is burnt umber and a curmudgeon.

The youngest has raised the next generation of silkworms from the ones gifted to us last year. Some moths have emerged this week. I did tell them I'm not willing to let thousands of eggs hatch this time because I can't deal with it 😭 We started with 60 last year and now we have over 400.

Food festival haul: Unagi onigiri, khanom pancake rolls (one Pandan custard, one matcha strawberry). Tibetan sha phaley filled with beef.

Once a year I succumb and buy a bag of imported mangosteens. I usually end up eating the whole bag of them all by myself 😅 The other option is a plane ticket, so this will do for now.

I've always repotted cyclamen mid-bloom, I only found out that the conventional wisdom is to do that during summer dormancy. Apparently they're supposed to be finicky and drop flowers/wilt if you disturb their roots while in bloom. Either mine are magically immune or the danger is overstated. 😅
