I mostly make art for video games. Sometimes I make it for myself. Dad. Veteran. But Dad is what I am proudest of. Married to saint.

Relearning comic books, part 3: DC Absolute Trinity - Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman. Did the layout digitally, printed it, used a lightboard to transfer, and tried my hand at traditional penciling. Photo-scanned the final pencils then inked and toned in @clipstudiopaint.bsky.social

Image #2 in the Quest to get back to making comic book art. Spidey vs. Green Goblin: "You can't catch me, Greeny". Messing with tones, trying for action and layout. Completely drawn in @clipstudiopaint.bsky.social #Marvelcomics #Spiderman #Comicbookart

Jumping back on @bsky.app in an attempt to generate some interest in my art. After losing my job over a year ago, I stopped creating art I cared about. Depression sucks. So, to crawl back out of the hole I am in, I have decided I am going back to my first love. Attempt #1, about 3 weeks ago.

Please like, share, do whatever you feel like. But I could use the engagement and spread of my artwork so maybe I can find some gigs. billydpatton.myportfolio.com

Art guy. Been making art as a pro for 30 years. Looking for engaging art from video games, comic books, or generally where we good art exists. One of my recent pieces celebrating my love of X-men and the X-Men ‘97 series.

You are up to date.
