All insurance deductibles should require an employer matched HSA. 3000 deductible, you put in 1500/company matches 1500. 2. Anyone working in/with the hospital should BILL the hospital. You don’t get to choose the lab, radiology, etc. Months of 30-50 copay bills and you don’t even know who u owe.
