Even if Ukraine’s strikes are contributing to the current price of diesel, 1. There wouldn’t be a price spike if not for Trump’s disaster in Iran; and 2. If Russia didn’t attack Ukraine their refineries would all be intact. Ukrainians are not the problem here.

There's really no complicated explanation for this, or any kind of grand theory. It's just Econ 101 and he flat out does not understand it because he's an idiot.
