💭 I have only animated a couple of looping gifs in my day, it isnt something I do often. I learned from videos on YT. I just focus on ease in & out, and follow my guidelines so things dont look too jittery~ a textured brush is helpful for the illusion too (〃´▽`) ♡

Another thought: some social media doesnt allow us to have a gallery overview.. like here for instance. So I am a culprit for not reposting things - that does not mean Im a bot or an AI bro. I just dont want my work to get lost in an infinite scroll whilst Im using this as a private safe space.

Actually I will add!!. Just because I do all these things, does not mean that its a standard I believe artists should be doing just to get by. I agree it is incredibly unhealthy to do this. Everyone works at a different pace, and is on a different journey. I am just insane ( T∀T)

With how the world is now, we feel we have no choice but to produce a lot of work & market ourselves, just to keep everyones attention amongst all the other noise on the internet, all so we can stay relevant & interesting enough, or even help pay our bills. That's the reality too.

Context: Im a FT Illustrator for a big company, we churn out est 10 digital images/day, subjectively called "high effort". Yes its doable. Yes I still draw for myself after work & run a small business of my handmade products, & yes.. I AM BURNT OUT. But I do it all so intensely bc I WANT TO & I can.

It is doable and it IS realistic to post daily. Digital artists are capable too, I see it constantly. Even sculptuers! Animators if youre crazy enough! Dont pigeon hole real art & artists into such a vague and subjective rule.
