I’m still processing what we saw in the Oval Office and it’s difficult to put into words how disgusted and ashamed I am. This was a coordinated assault on an ally to benefit a dictator and authoritarian regime. Trump and Vance aren’t just Putin’s puppets, they’re his assets.

Most of the democratic politicians are just as responsible for the system that allowed this as republicans. Giving them power again won’t solve this, it’s just the illusion of meaningful change, while we continue to lose freedoms, quality of life, and happiness.

I imagine the majority of people are siding whatever feels safest. Currently that’s the group taking power and control as fast as possible. They’ve learned they don’t have to follow the rules, they’re rich enough that the rules don’t apply anymore. Rules are for controlling the masses, the weak.

Founded on avoiding taxes and exploitation, it’s our normal. We’ve had slight variations of it but no other systems. Not shade, I honestly think they’re subconsciously afraid that if they stop their oppression they’ll be oppressed. Almost like a version of evolution playing out in front of us.

People do it with sports team pride, state pride, national pride - it can go to an unhealthy place where they want the other side to be hurting so they can celebrate

They can try, they might throw me off balance, they might knock me over, but they can’t remove the habits of self love and self care. They can’t make me forget the truth or believe the lies. We’re not just healing, we’re growing stronger. That’s why they’re afraid, they’re getting left behind.

Absolutely! Some algorithms are designed to be like you plus their agenda. They try to promote other people that you identify with that are regurgitating the agenda correctly. Not all are nefarious but they are very powerful tools that can distract us from our best selves and bring out our worst.
