Really considering a MacBook Neo as my laptop for everything that’s not work — including ham radio stuff. I have a Linux laptop now, but the hardware (trackpad) is kind of crappy to use. And Linux is great but still a pain in the ass at times.

AI driving up pc hardware prices…my $99 32gb ram upgrade from 2023 would cost nearly $400 now. I’ve been holding off upgrading my 3060Ti. Now I’m now so sure I should wait much longer to upgrade. Anyone else in this boat?

Got to play with my new #icom 705. Less wattage than my #Yaesu 710, but easier to transport. I also noticed if you add “QRP” when you’re calling out, it usually grabs activators attention when you’re hunting for #POTA. I would have stayed out longer, but my fingers were freezing! #hamradio

Still digging this little 10” Chuwi laptop. I ended up tossing Windows 11 back on it to maybe use it with my edrums. Decided using my work issued MacBook Pro might be a risky endeavor…
