November is approaching fast and it hasn't escaped me that in one month I'll be turning 30 I was celebrating my 18th in Montreal with my then boyfriend. A lot sure can happen over a few years. I've loved my twenties (most of it .... minus a heartbreak and ...) But (butt) 30 🤔

I visited someone at a retirement home over this 🇨🇦 Thanksgiving weekend. And chatted with a few other elderly folks who were seemingly lonely. Some never get visits from family members which is pretty awful/terrible IMO. Some love to tell their story some just happy with a smile & hello.
