the gameplay has not gotten better but Albert Wesker might be the funniest person on planet earth so i'm less mad than i was before

am i missing something with this resident evil 5. i see it has its defenders? surely it cant be That much better in co-op theres no fucking way. 99% of its problems had absolutely nothing to do with Sheva's AI its genuinely just insufferable all the way through with Moments of fun

Does resident evil 5 get better

so far almost every boss has been What if we had a unique enemy but instead of it being a cool unique encounter it's basically just like fighting a normal enemy except it takes a ridiculously long time to kill and is egregiously repetitive and not fun or satisfying and that's it that's the game

for reference im like in the middle of chapter 3-2 and i had to stop for tonight . unless it gets unreasonably better this is easily the worst one ive played so far . i want to play the original trilogy again so bad but then ill never actually get to the well liked later ones if I keep doing that

What if everything good about resident evil 4 was gone and everything bad about resident evil 4 was worse . Thank god . Sheva innocent though

sheva's AI isnt even the problem . i feel like everything I hate about this game would not be solved by simply playing in co-op . Maybe Itd be more fun but Anything is more fun with friends so that's cheating . every Encounter is just so dull and annoying and requires one billion bullets

resident tier list thus far . im playing the originals in order with some remakes sprinkled in afterwards here and there . so far only re3make has been Bad in my opinion. the rest range from good to amazing

got an email recently about various steam games on my wishlist that were currently on sale and saw This included in the list, which I must have wishlisted over a decade ago and completely forgot about . of course a little boy such as myself would find Contraption Maker an instantly compelling title

one day I really want to replay deltarune but Only doing what is mandatory , to see which parts of the game were considered absolutely essential. i wonder if there are huge elements or even entire characters who go entirely unseen or unmentioned this way

reason this came to mind is that i was just thinking about rudy with regards to rudy knight theories and whatnot . and I genuinely don't remember if there's a single mandatory interaction with him . I could be forgetting something (probably in the church) but Still . it makes one ponder ...

after having finished the resident evil 2 remake I genuinely cannot decide whether that or the original 2 is my favourite RE game so far. they both do different things really well and I'm really glad I played both. Right now im leaning more towards Remake because of how the characters were explored

seeing criticisms of deltarune chapter 5 talking about how its too jarring of a tone shift to go back to a silly adventure at this time and how its bad that everyone is just pretending chapter 4 didnt happen .. i feel insane because did this not read as extremely intentional and effective for many

almost every supposed flaw i see people point out about the chapter is a positive in my eyes so it kind of further solidifies that this is in fact my favourite chapter so far

was watching a vhs recording of star wars episode 1 in a vc and since it was fox in 2004 it had an ad for a terrible reality show that's basically the bachelorette except there were gay men among us impostors. it had a fucking gaydar clip and we all burst out laughing it was just so insane

Discovered a seemingly rare easter egg adobe must have put into premiere at some point where on rare occasions it will just close itself without saving, kinda like a golden freddy jumpscare. I love random events like that, it really adds to the horror atmosphere and keeps the player on their toes
