There has been no public expression of gratitude from Putin to Trump for all his recent actions in RU favour. Putin is happy, but at any moment he will turn anti-American again, because he is, after all, at war with the West. But what will Trump do after all this disgrace #Ukraine

UA society has many grievances with Zelenskyy. But when Trump says UA needs a new leader, the effect is exactly the opposite. After the Oval Office clash in February 2025, public trust in Zelenskyy rose by more than 10%. The same thing will probably happen now. www.ilfoglio.it/esteri/2026/...

Zelenskyy faces many domestic problems (the slow pace of reforms, corruption among his inner circle etc.). But Trump’s statements that Zelenskyy needs to be replaced because he is shelling RU oil refineries will backfire. This will once again boost (temporarily) support for Ze #Ukraine

Russia continues to mock the US. Putin will not stop the war in Ukraine. There will be even more deaths. The agreement between Trump and Putin will not solve the problem of fuel prices. There will be even more disgrace and even less peace #Ukraine

Depuis plusieurs jours, des infrastructures numériques de Kyiv sont méthodiquement ciblées par des attaques de drones, dont l’une a fait quatre morts vendredi 25 septembre. Mais le risque de paralyser les communications et l’économie du pays est limité. ➡️ https://l.liberation.fr/Hx3

The main result of the RU-US and US-UA talks: a few days of calm in Kyiv. If the countries also agree to a new prisoner exchange, that would be a good outcome. It is worth doing all this to bring people home. But I don’t think we should expect anything more than that #Ukraine

The main expectation for Kushner and Witkoff’s visit to Kyiv (which according to Zelenskyy can happen in the coming days) is that Russia will stop attacking Kyiv with rocket-powered drones for at least a day. This is the most effective form of air defense #Ukraine

I was abroad for only 1 week and returned to Kyiv to a completely different reality. More than 10 air raid alarms per day, jet-powered Shaheds, explosions, and air defenses operating in broad daylight. But the city will probably adapt to this soon, too #Ukraine

Mykhailo Fedorov is moving into opposition to Zelenskyy and proposing that elections be held during the war. There won't be elections anytime soon, it is too dangerous. It’s sad that Fedorov asks about elections. However, political life has become significantly more active #Ukraine

Oleksiy was an incredible person. RIP #Ukraine

More sad news from Ukraine today. Oleksiy Yukov, the leader of the Black Tulips group that bravely retrieved the bodies of soldiers - Ukrainians and Russians alike - so that their families could give them a proper burial, has died. Spending a day with Yukov was both inspiring and terrifying. RIP.

According to Ukrainian authorities, a large family in the village of Radushne near Kryvyi Rih was killed yesterday by a North Korean missile (photo by the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration) #Ukraine
