Back from a #gamedev break with a strong first draft of a sprite sheet for my #godot project! The space at the bottom is for battle icons later, but this "master sheet" will contain all the commonly used graphics in my game. Now it's just a matter of upgrading from the placeholder icons... 😵‍💫

I've returned from the mines! (the thumbnail took the longest to make, heh...) A new #devlog for my #godot game is live and uploaded! This one's a pinch shorter than the last entry, and covers some back-end #gamedev updates and new menu features from the month of July.

Still persisting... just like my #godot game's options menu! Last two weeks of #gamedev were spent working on save functions, using player preferences as a starting point to get it integrated. In the process, I also worked on the save prompt and redid the title art (oopsie, title drop).

I've returned from editing hell! (what a grueling eight days...) I made a short #devlog for my #godot game, showcasing most of the three months of #gamedev I've gotten done! There's also a new blog on my Neocities site, so check that out, too~ (I did the thumbnail myself -- isn't it cute?)

another #godot prototype down! we've got a (currently basic) dialogue system now, taking translated strings and various Resources to support branching paths :) wanted to make it custom for my bigger #gamedev project and needed a clear canvas to test it. i'll work on implementing it tomorrow :D

been a while since i did #gamedev in #godot, took a day for a little refresher. no i didn't code the entire prototype lmao very happy about the custom usage bar in the bottom left; it took me a bit to figure out the syntax, but it looks neat. i'll prolly come back to salvage this :)

first post and i'm coming out SWINGING A week ago, I wanted to add the YouTube logo to my website's icons, and I ended up having to cut the fat myself (previously 309B). Intended to post about it here, but realized I could do better and whipped up this meme #svg #optimization #tech
