Best Side Cycling

To all of my new followers: hello! I am a Seattle based YouTube channel whose sole mission is to get more people on bikes :) Reporting on our improving bike infrastructure is a key part of what I love to do but you'll see a lot of two wheeled things in general

Love seeing South Seattle getting some proper bike lanes! Video soon

Little one's first ride on King County metro 🚍

Crisp "nice autumn" rides in Seattle may be secretly the best time to ride in the year here

First time making a video like this. Construction/ detours always put cyclists in such a vulnerable position. Let's do better together youtu.be/VDAEhfYK5Ls

New Kermits going in is always a highlight for me!

My favorite weekend in Issaquah: Salmon Days!

Checking out the new Bel Red bike lanes. They are longgggggg. If only they'll go into Bellevue as well 😭

Love the Vancouver implementation of Lime scooters. Organized with helmets attached and a cool little sign

Ever run into a cross walk button that just doesn't work?! May Valley Rd and Renton Issaquah Rd in what I think is unincorporated King County. Sad!!!

It's a Brompton Bus morning. Using the last of the 111 downtown Seattle service before it changes to a light rail connection which I also highly welcome

Tell tale sign that an event is going to be awesome! @streetsalliance.bsky.social

Check out my experience Dashing on a Brompton while giving a tour of Seattle bike lanes youtu.be/GbcYTIPzo_Y

I'm officially a professional cyclist 😂 taking the Brompton out to Dash in Seattle. Surprisingly effective if you get the smaller orders

Sad day when the only convenient bike rack gets noped out of existence. Factoria marketplace for reference

Golden Rule to Cargo Biking: Bungee Cords...Never enough of them

As a newborn parent with a stroller I am now on team pedestrian more than ever before. Walking across Coal Creek has never been so unnerving

Anyone have photo/ footage from the critical mass in Seattle they'd be willing to let me use in a video? Wasn't able to make it personally but should be talked about!

New Orca Card Drop! Thanks @urbanistmom.bsky.social for the reminder haha

Not like this! Luckily there was an easy detour available but always remember to plan ahead when you can on 🚲 ( I was maybe 50 km from home )

One of the few moments where I feel like King County feels like the Netherlands. On the Cedar River Trail well far from the city center, is this really nice Saris bike work stand. Surrounded by pretty much nothing. Imagine if you're the cyclist who ends up getting saved by this!

Drive-thru ATM? More like Ride-thru 😆 One of the many things you can do by bicycle instead :)

My wife and I love your YouTube channel, we've found lots of good Seattle rides from watching it. Thank you, and keep it up

Pedestrianized Pioneer Square?! Check out Seattle on US Match Day on Bike with me youtu.be/CugmVTk9IKc

My photo in a @theneedling.com post!? I've made it 😆

Seattle's free bike valet in action! Definitely make use of it on game days thanks to @cascade.org

What the Overlook Walk looks like at max capacity. Seattle has shown up today

Match day in Seattle means we need ways for people to get around. A whole army of Lime scooters / bikes at the ready for the game to end

A very Seattle like commute featuring a floating bridge light rail, regional trails, bike lockers and a walkable downtown :) youtu.be/xo3NFqHODGg

One of the biggest proponents of a nice to ride trail is its crossings. Glad to see this one in Kirkland on the Eastrail filling a long existing gap on a suburban road

What's your steed of choice?

Seattle's Elliott Bay Trail fully reopened along with beautiful park spaces, landscaping and amenities

Another day another bike lane blocked by two Seattle city vehicles

Got my first bike trailer! 😂 Few months too early but gives me plenty of time to practice and get an idea of how to use it best

Brompton meets Zuck's Super Yacht. NGL I thought it was going to be even bigger in person 😂

Always bring a hot bag / lunchbox with your cargo bike! Also got milk?

Planes on trains while on a bike :) who needs cars anyway? 🚲🚆✈️

Local coffee stand in a parking lot in Bellevue

Seattle Mayor @mayorofseattle.bsky.social leads out Bicycle Weekends for the whole summer! Thank you @seattleparksandrec.bsky.social

Today's edition of what will fit on a Brompton roller rack: 4 pack of corn! 🌽🌽🌽🌽

Celebrating the start of Seattle Bike Weekend with the mayor and some not so happy neighbors

Brompton+ Pike Place Market! Always love the local produce and flower stands!

Back out there filming some new Seattle bike lanes. Featuring our beloved Space Needle and some new painted Toronto barriers

Make errands fun again! Cargo bikes do just that :)
