United Health posted Q2 profits of $7.9 billion and Q3 profits of $6 billion. What part of those "profits" come from denied claims?

And how much of his salary, in the aggregate, is directly related to United Health denying claims which led to untold suffering and/or deaths. I would like to see numbers of how much United Health saved with a denial rate of 32% which enriched their executives and shareholders.
