@redsolver.dev Have a question for you on the best way to intersect multiple lists/feeds. Any ideas?

Brian Bimschleger@bimschleger.com

@skyfeed.app Is there a good way to intersect two lists/feeds? For example, create a new feed that contains posts that are in both Feed1 and Feed2? Or, create a new feed that only contains accounts that are in Feed1 and List2?

Just rewatched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Better than I remembered! The only truly headshaking moment was Shia swinging on vines to catch up to a moving truck.

It's a bit of a hack, but... 1. Created a mute list of basketball-related accounts. 2. Unsubscribed to that mute list so that I still see the posts. 3. Used the mutelist as an input in a @skyfeed.xyz custom feed. 4. Used the #nba feed as an input in the same feed. 5. Voilà!

It's a little bit of a janky editor...but it works! I 100% anticipate that @bsky.app will roll this functionality into the main app at some point. This feed was a basic reverse-chrono feed for a the #nfl string, but now I'm imagining other fun feeds.

Those few months when HQ was on top of the world were super fun. You could be in a room with a bunch of people IRL and everyone stopped what they were doing for five minutes to play a game show together …and then resumed what you were doing before.

Remember HQ Trivia?

I previously had curated my Twitter feed to be my main source of news and information. Not everyone is on this sky app yet, so I’m finding myself signing up for more email newsletters and RSS to fill the info gaps. Feels a bit old school, but in a good way.

As a newskie, I can get behind this.

4) Once admins give access, how can users disable? For example, if an admin gives Sue full access, but she wants to disable a part of the functionality for herself, how can Sue do that?

3) Once admins install the feature, how do admins control who can access the product? For example, how can an admin give access to Sue but not Bob? How can they give Tom full access but like what Matt can do?
