Actually more cheerful than my online presence would suggest. I post a lot about my hair and my search for miracle potions. And TV. Lots of TV. A bit of football stuff. I'm not very deep.

These Trent back to Liverpool rumours...is it just gossip or have any credible sources suggested it's possible? I don't know how I feel about it tbh. Instinct tells me it's not a great idea. But facts?

Ah my cat used to have a little bestie and they'd sit side by side in the garden for hours but the other cat hasn't been around for ages and I'm sad because it's a lovely little thing and I hope it's ok but also because my cat seems sad and he's been dead clingy lately 😢

Seen people moaning on Instagram about Diana not dressing like a Scouse girl but I don't think they're following the storyline? Diana is *supposed* to be different. She's the one who made Michael want to give up the gangster life. He's not doing that for someone in gym leggings with shitty fillers.

Sorry to piss on bonfires but the Michael Owen "quote" was not on the BBC website live reporting. It wasn't there in real time (sadly I was looking at it) and it's not there now. I suppose it's possible he said it but that screenshot doing the rounds has been edited.

bbc.co.ukBallon d'Or 2026 LIVE: Winners, times & updates from ceremony in LondonHarry Kane and Alexia Putellas are crowned world's best players at the Ballon d'Or awards - plus all the other night's winners.

No shade intended towards Harry Kane here, but I don't think England has been "waiting" for a Balloon D'Or winner. In fact, I suspect most sane people don't give it a moment's thought. It's like the Mercury Music Prize - nice for the winner but no-one actually cares?

Isn't this what Kilroy was (rightly) cancelled for saying about 20 years ago? And he was comprehensively schooled then.

RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."

Liz Truss is actually mad isn't she? And you know what, I don't even blame her for not realising she's bonkers because it probably goes with the territory. But how was she actually at the heart of government for *TEN YEARS*?

Watching MOTD on delay and yknow what? Good on the United fans making it clear to the players what they thought. I'm not sure Carrick is a good manager but his tactics aren't responsible for those awful individual mistakes today and he's been professional instead of bitching in interviews.

Someone yesterday (can't remember who, sorry) asked the best value thing you've ever bought and I didn't reply because I had hand cream on and my fingers were too greasy to type and the up/down side of that is I've had more time to think. So here goes ⬇️

Rituals body soap bar (this was actually a present but I'd buy myself because by god that thing will last forever). £20 ASOS dress. May actually be a beach cover up 🤷‍♀️. Worn hundreds of times in last 6 years Astral. Big tub for <£10. Use as cold cream and/or make up remover. Leaves skin so hydrated

IKEA mug bought c1996. Still going, design not faded. IKEA shelving unit bought c2000 2 second hand sofas - less than £140 for the two. Best quality I've ever had. My ninja speedi - £91 and probably down to 20p a use. But I'd have paid double/triple. Saves so much time and effort. ⬇️

Well at least Ineos is doing well.

As an amused observer of Manchester United, I can't wait for Jim Ratcliffe's next sage piece of advice on how Britain should be run.

100% this. Everyone is a cunt on cocaine. There are no exceptions to this. If they think they are, they’re like the smoker who thinks they don’t stink.

After years of work in hospitality I’ve come to quite a considered view of cocaine . It’s taken by bellends. They then become bigger bellends. Nothing complicated or nuanced. Just that.

It's finally stopped raining and I'm debating sticking washing on the line to benefit from the absolute tornado that's wreaking havoc out there but I don't think number 24 deserves to be picking my bloomers out of their rosebush.

Watching The Big Match Revisited and Everton just beat Liverpool 2-1 which is notable in itself but OMG Souness and his marauding presence 😬 He didn't even have to do anything, he was just there, oozing menace. (He's a fine example of a voice not matching the persona - his lovely gentle burr is 😍)

(First year at uni I lived with two lovely Villa fans. Always had a soft spot for them ever since. I live in fear though of seeing an equivalent post from one of them saying "omg used to live with a crank Scouse girl at uni" - I'd be devvoed)

Just catching up on Traitors and omg Maya Jama should be banned from life or forced to walk round with a sack on her head or something because she's ridiculously beautiful and it's frankly not good for anyone to be exposed to these unrealistic standards.

Oh I'm shocked. Shocked. Just terribly shocked.

🚨BOMBSHELL: A documentary released this morning features three male sex workers who say they were paid to have sex with the late Senator Lindsey Graham, who was long plagued by gay rumors despite his anti-LGBTQ policy stances. One man says he was 17 at the time of his sexual encounter with Graham.
