What a fantastic book! Find out why I enjoyed Storytellers by @bjornlarssen.com so much over on #FanFiAddict fanfiaddict.com/review-story...

I’ve just sent the beta version of my sixth book (yes, I have four out, yes, this is the sixth) to the first readers and I’m dying inside a bit. Completely different genre (autofiction x queer punk warehouse scene x attachment theory) but still with my dumb humour. Features (whispers) a sex. 😬

I’ve revamped my Patreon now I’ve gotten a vague handle on how all of this works! With new tiers, new rewards, an ever-expanding amount of exclusive content and a serialised gaslamp fantasy novel in your inbox every Monday morning, why not take a look at what’s on offer? patreon.com/TimHardieAut...

I have a question. Do y’alls know the expression ‘gardener’s dog’? (Gardener's dog won't let you eat the apples while he doesn’t eat them either.) It’s a Polish expression I’ve been using in English for years and it has just been pointed out to me natives don’t know what it’s supposed to mean. 😬

To be honest, most of the time the LitHub best covers of the month make me cackle, but… I either like or love ALL of those. (Also ‘Land’ is a very good title, I wonder why there aren’t more books called that.) lithub.com/the-13-best-...

“Do you know what time it is?!” the King boomed suddenly, and Freya nearly jumped out of her gown. “Midnight!” roared the gathered in slurred unison. “Do you know what that means?!” “Wedding night!” “Yay,” Queen Taylor muttered adverblessly before erupting in joyful, slightly hysterical laughter.

♥️ ♥️ with thanks to Tim Hardie ♥️ ♥️

In this review for @spotlightindie.bsky.social, I share my thoughts on Land, @bjornlarssen.com’s second book in his Ten Worlds Cycle. This grimdark retelling of Norse myth doesn’t pull any punches… spotlightindie.co.uk/2026/05/12/l...

An absolutely fantastic review here for Lost Gods ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "The series is a masterclass of epic saga craft and it’s always given me vibes of Robin Hobb meets Giles Kristian" Why not give this complete Viking-inspired fantasy series a try? Nick liked it - and so might you!

I made it :)

At the start of another year, these are the books l'm planning to read in 2026. I'm a bit of a mood reader so I'm sure other titles will make an appearance throughout the year, but I'm going to make a special effort to pick up these. www.timhardieauthor.co.uk/blog/reading...
