Ive heard rumours that the Australian Labor Party are thinking about a rebrand/name change. Options on the table are: - The Centerist Party - The do nothing while in Power Party - The stay in power at any cost party, and my Favourite, - The abandon your core Labor Values party.

I am so disappointed in Anthony Albanese, I thought he was a real Labor politician but it turns he is just another scsred little man, just like John Howard was. In a time where we need REAL leadership, he has gone missing. The only Royal Commission we need now is to find who stole his Balls!

The ALP has a huge majority and the weakest opposition in decades and what are they doing - NOTHING! Albo is too scared to do anything, hes not a leader he's just a scared, weak little man. So disappointed in this poor excuse for a Labor Govt.

Only in the twisted, regressive, entitled and completely out of touch LNP mindset would stripping away hard fought for workers’ rights to a work/life balance be pitched as election policy The LNP really are as stupid as they are unelectable, eh? 🤦‍♀️

What a world we live in today: - We have a senile old fool as a US President - We have a convicted felon as an incoming President - We have an Israeli President that is committing Ethnic Cleansing & Genocide in the name of Anti-Semitism (the irony of that is staggering), & - In Aust we have weak PM

My ALP federal MP sent me a request to donate to their Christmas appeal, to raise money for crisis accommodation. Do they not know they are in government? Do they not understand they could just fund crisis accommodation? Do they believe associating themselves with a charity makes them look good?

“Believe it or not, electric bikes offer more exercise than pedal bikes on average. That fact might sound strange, but the science is clear.” Why e-bikes actually give more exercise than “acoustic”bikes. (but both/either are excellent when it comes to better cities) electrek.co/2024/02/20/w...

Twitter didn't gain relevance by being the biggest platform, it gained relevancy through the quality of the content and individuals. The main goal for everyone here should be to encourage global defender, media, and establishment accounts to transition to #BlueSky. That'll provide legitimacy.

Three races left to call. Democrats lead in two and could certainly win the third. But if everything stays as is, the “RECORD WIN” Trump says he just scored will in fact leave him able to lose only the following number of GOP votes on any bill: 2. Not 20. 2. Doesn’t seem like a mandate, does it?

Tks @jacklong17 Fascinating. "Survey conducted by Farmers for Climate Action found just 17% opposed renewable energy developments, with 8% strongly opposed." How could they NOT support something that protects their farming land, AND drives revenue! www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...

If you don't yet understand why Elon Musk not only loves Vladimir Putin but according to major-media reporting has been having secret calls with him for years now (see next post), here's your answer: Musk has been a fringe-right conservative his whole life, and aligns with Putin in almost all views.

⚡️Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law banning the adoption of Russian children by citizens of countries where gender transitioning is legal, the Russian government’s legal website published on Nov. 23. Additional legislation approved that day prohibits promoting child-free lifestyles.
