The United States Constitution does not guarantee a right to clean drinking water or accurate information provided by public officials, a federal appeals court ruled in a divided decision. Access to clean water is a human right and should be treated accordingly.

Rep. Brendan Boyle, [D-PA-2], introduced the Back-to‑School Supplies Affordability Act, legislation that would cap tariffs on school-related products at the rates in effect on Jan. 19, 2025. School supplies shouldn’t mean breaking the bank. Trump’s tariffs are driving prices up.

Rep. Nanette Barragán, [D-CA-44], introduced the 9‑8‑8 Community Infrastructure Act, legislation that would create a new federal grant program for health centers and crisis-response facilities. 988 is only as strong as the system behind it. Invest in that system!
