On Rachel Maddow tonight, she was reporting that Trump and Russia are conspiring to remove all safeguards from AI so that AI driven weapons can be made to attack entirely by themselves without human intervention. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

On the matter of the USPS not delivering absentee ballots, I’ve heard that justices Alito and Thomas dissented. That means they are for an unconstitutional ruling and should be impeached. They should know the constitution and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be in the positions they’re in. My 2 cents

Tampering with the US mail is a federal felony. Why is Trump being allowed to restrict delivery of mailing ballots? And why is the USPS going along with it?

Is anyone else receiving things from Amazon that they did not order? This has happened several times in the last three weeks where items we did not order appeared in our shopping cart and got ordered either accidentally or without our knowledge. Food items need a phone call to get returned.  PITA!

So Jon Bolton has been supposedly convicted of one count of retaining sensitive National security information. Trump was guilty of many times that quantity, given all of the photographs we’ve seen of his bathroom and other locations. So why isn’t his fat ass going to jail?

The conservative side of the Supreme Court has finally declared itself as white supremacists by permitting the Alabama redistricting to go forward. There’s no other reason for them to have done that.

I just heard that the house has introduced an amendment to grant tRump a third term. He’s physically and mentally sick and can’t even handle this term so what makes the Republicans think that he’s good for a third term? These people are such cowards that they have to follow his every whim.

I see they had a cabinet level butt kissing contest in the White House today where everybody competed to see who could flatter Trump the most

Pardon my cynicism, but I can’t help but wonder if the reason that all of those Republican Congress people have broken with Trump over the $1.7 billion grift is because they’re not getting any of it…

The concept of this $1.8 billion slush fund being paid out to January 6 rioters is bad enough, but you have to know that most of it will not go to them but will end up in Trump‘s pocket. That’s the point of having no oversight and Trump having complete charge of it.

What a weekend! Not only Mother’s Day, but wife’s and daughter‘s birthdays, as well as another family member’s, all on Sunday. And our daughter-in-law‘s birthday on the day before. We all got together and had a great day but Whew!

Speaking of good books to read, I read this back when it first came out, and while it’s a bit graphic, it provides an excellent history of the AIDS epidemic, how it was ignored by Ragan and all of the politics around the AIDS research.

I wonder if the Trumpanzee somehow managed to stage this supposed assassination attempt at the dinner tonight. Wouldn’t surprise me a whole lot.

An important history lesson

I wish they would sneak Colbert or Kimmel into the correspondence dinner tonight in place of the main speaker. That would be a hoot.
