I've said it before, I'll say it again: pitch it as increasing SCOTUS to at least 100 Justices, with randomly selected pools of 9 to hear each case, such that no single Justice matters so much.

This CNN headline is ridiculous. “Suddenly back in the epicenter of another election”— the only reason it “suddenly” came to the forefront is because CNN chose to ignore it! It’s as if they have no agency in the matter and the headlines just mysteriously descend from the ether.
