Really excited to see Squad featured on CommandLine 🚀 What started as “can we coordinate AI agents better?” turned into a growing community building genuinely wild things with it. Huge thanks to everyone experimenting with Squad so far 🙏 aka.ms/SquadCommand...

aka.msSquad: Human-led agentic teams that help you move faster with your codeWhat we learned building Squad: a file-backed, human-led agent team where memory is inspectable, orchestration is explicit, and governance moves from prompts into code.

This Memorial Day weekend I'd like to remove my hat and lower my gaze for those of you who have served or who have family who have served. Appreciate y'all. You probably know someone who deserves a moment of appreciation for their service. Take the opportunity and let them know you appreciate them.

i’ve collected all these clothes and hoodies and… stuff… and now I think my whole wardrobe could be distilled down to 10 true classic t-shirts, 5 pairs of VRSC slim pants, two #squad hoodies, and countless hats. who knew a side benefit of losing 76 lbs would be more closet space and fewer decisions.

you can shade me all you want but I am straight up about to use my NOBL luggage for the first time since I [inadvertently and it’s a LONG story] bought one for every gaster up in this piece. and I get to use mine for the first time. trust me you have no idea how thick this plot gets.

holy crap someone just sent me a squad in a zip file to solve a problem I was having. that’s it. i’m done here. it doesn’t get better than this until I get a ted talk.

I cannot stress this enough. you’ll thank me later. find a person with whom you jive, but like, will never probably actually work with. then start a conversation with them that’s all gif, no words. I have someone like that at work. each time we ping each other it seems like it makes us both happier.

issues say to one, "i think this needs to be done." pull requests say to one, "i thought this needed to be done." both are valuable forms of feedback. one feels a little more contributory than the other, but both are a lot better than dead air.

I hope you have one of those moments where you and everyone else know the same thing, and you know it at the moment you need to know it. knowing you’re in a cosmic moment is a fuck-ton better than realizing you missed it. so pay attention. you’ll have your moment. grab it when you do.

I think art might be controlling at least one moment, for just a moment, everything in your blast radius that *can* feel, feel precisely what you want them to feel. all at the same time, and without anyone needing an apology for it, or, everyone needing one. as long as everyone feels it. that’s art.

Camper shoes are my goto. really weird long story as to why. but they even *sound* quality. I just stand here in the kitchen when no one is stirring shifting back and forth, enjoying the sound of quality.

Our inaugural River City AI & Dev meetup is on April 15 We're demoing Squad, a multi-agent AI framework that deploys a full team of specialists to build in parallel and ship PRs. Live. In the room. 📍 Bamboo Grand Rapids · 6–8:30 PM rivercity-ai.dev #RiverCityAI #AI #SoftwareDevelopment

a trend i notice with folks: trauma seems like a contributor to activity and resiliency. those who stress, act. those who have stressed and acted out the lack of desire to continue to feel the wrath of trauma seem to be able to "do more with less, for longer." also I'm fine. this is a discussion.

as someone who *did* live with trauma and *didn't* know it until someone else who had like, mentioned it and i figured it out - find someone in your life who will mention it and help YOU figure it out, too. you can live passionately without being in agony.

i think i may be that guy in the comfrt hoodie pants combo. it's that comfrtable. if you don't have one i ain't tryna hear from you until you do. it's that good. i want 6 more.

if i'm ever lucky enough to make a 3-chord, 9-bar loop that's so amazingly ubiquitous at least 65% of the corporate call centers you'd call into have purchased it as their hold music... please. accept my apology.

you can sing almost anything you want to say to the tune of “seven bridges road” and usually figure out how to make it work. I literally just sang this whole post to it and it worked. #testspassing #proof

this guy inspires me to love things because they make me happier. everyone should get joy from spreading joy the way jeff does.

I’m going to focus my time this weekend on writing my science fiction novel and the Ghostweight ARG There’s so much I’ve been writing and building for this game… when it’s over, you’re going to want to see how this all worked together It’s been a truly gratifying experience to write

how the fuck could I have writers block, coders block, prompting block, and dj block all at the same time. like is every creative orifice clogged right now? what the fuck.

We found 245 repos with our tool installed, fanned out 9 AI agents to test our upgrade command against all of them. 244/245 passed. The 1 failure was a real bug we fixed before shipping. Using your own product to QA itself #ftw.

shipped squad economy mode — lets you run the whole ai team thing on cheaper/free models instead of burning through premium quotas. same smart selection logic, just cost-conscious. try it out: use economy mode directive or --economy flag. what's your quota situation looking like?

this was an honor! thanks guys! #trysquad

few years ago some colleagues surprised me when they showed me they'd "chipped" themselves. today i've decided i want that. if i could remove the context switch of needing to auth 23134213123 times a day i think i'd be 20x more productive. chip me.

i've started changing my sleep schedule around the times of day when the LLM is super duper fast and there's no noise. then i put some house in the headphones and turn a few squads loose. it's ridiculously productive and flowy. and i get my 5k done before dawn. :)
