Michigan State, just like Georgia, loses at home on a FG at the end of regulation. Only difference is powerhouse Northwestern was ranked compared to unranked Auburn. What I'm saying, is MSU football and Georgia football are basically equal.

MSU just had a 27-yard TD pass overturned with just over 2 mins left in the 4th quarter to tie the game by a pass from a guy with a neck roll (TD overturned on illegal block in back). Just some real #sickos football this 4th quarter.

Bold strategy of the Lions going with the "Well, maybe they'll just miss the extra points enough times?" defense. It might work, but seems risky.

Sadly, at the point of the season when Youtube highlights of past competent teams are about the only joy I’ll get from watching my team. However, I stumbled on this gem that just might be the worst play-by-play call I’ve ever heard of a TD reception. Here’s 2015 MSU vs Indiana. #GoGreen

Only 179 days until #Tigers Opening Day 2027. Tigers start the season absurdly early on March 25, 2027 with a likely very balmy homestand starting with the White Sox.

Sure, watching MSU lose decisively and suffer an absurd amount of catastrophic injuries was bad...But at least I had the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of Nebraska politics every commercial break. #GoGreen

Really happy Verlander is able to have this moment in Detroit. One of the greatest to ever do it. It’s wild, but I was actually at his 2nd no-hitter in Toronto. An absolutely bizarre experience watching a no-hitter in a visiting stadium while most were completely oblivious to what was going on.

I might be delirious because I should be sleeping and there's absolutely zero reason for me to be watching James Madison/San Diego State...but SDSU just had likely one of the catches of the year on that touchdown.

College Football fandom is great because MSU/Notre Dame (MSU is a nearly 30 point underdog) and the shitshow that is Ole Miss/LSU is at the same time tomorrow night. The idea of me watching one second of Ole Miss/LSU while MSU/Notre Dame is also on is something I wouldn't even fathom doing.

I was driving home from work yesterday (going through Berkley, MI) and drove by a house that had a Colorado Rockies (currently 56-97) flag waving majestically out front. I obviously don't give a shit about the Rockies (besides Andres Galarraga's run in the 90's), but this weirdly made me so happy.

Respect to the Red Wings for how they're going about things. 4 months ago, their "star" player demanded a trade and nothing. Almost two months ago, they got rid of their GM and no replacement. Exhibition games start in 11 days and the season in 22 days. Very relatable as doing work stinks. #LGRW

The 2026 #Tigers (58-60) lead the American League in run differential. Related: I like the way the Tigers pitching staff matches up against the Dodger hitters.

Michigan being the “leader” in the explosive diarrhea outbreak, an AQI of around 500 from the Canada wildfires and it being like 90ish degrees. Not to brag, but I feel we are DOMINATING in the competition to be the smelliest state. #GreatLakesGreatTimes #USA250

Absolutely nonsensical that in a half with 18 fouls, 2 yellows, a 3-minute mandatory break (and a myriad of other stoppages)...that only 3 total minutes are added for stoppage time. Shrinkflation!

#Tigers being 7 games below .500 and having the 3rd best run differential (+23) in the American League is a wild stat. Tigers are also only 5 runs behind the the Rays (+28) who are 17 games above .500.

Going to continue living in blissful ignorance and accept and applaud that MSU was actually playing 14D chess or whatever in FAKING that our President was leaving, so the AD would leave thinking his buyout was halved, but the President was actually staying! No cheap buyout. We're rich and smart!

I love the nonsense of soccer how every 8 or so minutes, someone is down acting as if they have just suffered a catastrophic injury. But this is soccer, so almost no one else is concerned or bothered. The universal acceptance of teammates, opposing players, refs and even fans to ignore it is wild.

Even better is when the play goes on and he is desperately needed in the play, and the player is then faced with the hilarious choice to continue his bad acting or help his team. Usually, they continue to writhe in "pain" at the expense of the team and he's magically better seconds later. A miracle.

Tigers/Yankees game being delayed so Jazz Chisolm could build a sand castle in the middle of the inning in the infield was one of the wackier delays I’ve ever seen. Heroically, the #DirtCam prevailed.

Through 5 innings (15 outs), the #Tigers have struck out 13 times and scored 6 runs (7 hits, 3 HR's). That's a BABIP of .7778, which would be useful as the Tigers are on pace to strike out over 23 times this game.
