The quote did happen, but it wasn’t his pastor—well, it WAS, but not in that role. He was speaking from his second job: Pete’s bartender. Hope this clears up any confusion.

As if being a criminal, fraud, habitual liar, adulterer, and sexual predator weren’t enough, we’re now confronted with the reality that he’d trade the lives of young men and women to shield himself from consequences. I struggle to think of anyone more destructive or morally corrupt in my lifetime.
