If flock, et al want to sell our name, image, likeness, etc, we deserve to get a cut of any revenue generated by our name, image, likeness, etc that this, or any company, makes!

If they do not want to enter into contracts with every and any given person, then any revenue from those people whom they do not have a signed agreement should be considered ill-gotten and any revenue generated should be forfeited and any "testimony" should not be admissible in court.

While people may not have any expectation of "privacy" in "public," no criminal enterprise should operate with impunity under the assumption that it has any right to profit from stalking EVERYONE in our country.

There is no right to photograph anyone just because they are in a public space AND there is no right to profit from using anyone name, image, likeness, etc without their explicit written permission.
