Spending time with family, delicious brownies, "The West Wing" on DVD, some new gloves and ear warmers...I'd say this was a good birthday for me!

@farronbalanced.bsky.social While watching this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ukdc..., I was thinking of your question of "Who's president if Trump's not certified by January 20?" and I think, based on what I know of the Line of Succession that it would be the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.

Of course, that's assuming the Senate isn't as dysfunctional as the House currently is and likely will be. Since we wouldn't have a President, Vice President or Speaker of the House in that scenario, the next step would be the President Pro Tempore. Sorry, just something that was on my mind.

Do you think that'd be feasible, or are there rules that I don't know about that would prevent even that from happening?

@aaroncampbellvo.bsky.social May I ask if you know who plays Yoko, Hakune, Aries and Scorpio in the latest episode of #FairyTail100YearsQuest?

Got most of my Christmas wrapping done. I just need to get Mom's Christmas gift tomorrow and shop for gift cards for my brother's out-of-town family, and my Christmas Shopping will be done.
