This is a fantastic read! GenCon was really something and I am excited it brought out the passion for many others too. Plus I am always thankful for someone openly sharing the numbers of the business, give newer devs something to look up to. Congrats on the Ennie!

This style of combo booth seems like a beautiful way for indies to work together. I was excited by @willjobst.bsky.social and @gilarpgs.bsky.social split booth approach to Gamehole last year and I’ve seen more and more of it! I love how integrated it was. Sad I couldn’t see it in person.
