One of my favorite movie sayings: “I don’t own a gun, let alone many guns that necessitate a rack, what am I gonna do with a gun rack?” Wayne Campbell - Wayne’s World 1992

I would love to see @academicabuse.com go visit the Preacher Boys Podcast and specifically get into all the abuse going on in unaccredited Bible mills and religious schools. The book might be different but there is a force of individuals in religion who exert power based on no accreditation.

@joncooper-us.bsky.social is for sure one of the coolest and nicest guys around. Thanks for the response and engagement, always good to exchange fun perspectives on great topics.

No, they didn’t. Despite an extensive investigation by the FCC, no suspects were ever identified and no equipment was ever recovered. The five-year statute of limitations passed in 1992, so the people responsible would no longer face criminal punishment should their identities be revealed today.

I am not a personal fan of Turning Point USA in any way. However, we all process grief differently. Erika might be struggling behind the scenes and putting on a good face for optics. The reality is that there are many unknowns and time will tell. www.irishstar.com/news/us-news...

So let me get this straight: the Executive Branch department where unitary executive leadership emphasizes optics over leadership, believes it is primed for International Affairs & Diplomacy. I cannot wait to see how this will play out. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

One thing I always tell those great folks in Gen Z and the emerging Gen Alpha. Any freedom and choice you make comes with a set of responsibilities and steps to think through.

We all have our own ways of doing things. I believe the best way is to educate our future generations to critically think for themselves through academia. Others, want support protest and activism, rest assured my heart and empathy are with those making their voices heard.

Want to recruit, be authentic, honest, open and transparent. Gen Z and Gen Alpha want to have an investments that cultivate relationships. The disconnect reality is coming from overromanticization of reliance on macho WWII, Korea, Vietnam era narratives. www.businessinsider.com/military-rec...

My hats off to @aoc.bsky.social for her ability to maintain a moderating approach of attacking the politicization of the event while showing respect for the rule of law. This is what a solid policy advocate and elected representatives with character looks like.

Words and feelings cannot describe the horrific events in Minneapolis. A 37 year old mother, wife and human had her life taken away. The truth will eventually come out, until then a little empathy die this person and her family provide the greatest character based path forward.
