As someone who once got brigaded on X for saying that Mang0 has a drinking problem I feel vindicated today but also just sad. He's a dad and a husband in his 30's and he still thinks it's cool to act that way. I hope he's genuine and he gets the help he needs for his family but mostly for himself.

Please humor my non smash related proud dad post. Bubblegum had a vocal solo in her school's black history month performance last night and absolutely nailed it! Up until she auditioned for this i had never heard her sing really. She nailed it!

Not sure what it says about me that my favorite Daft punk song of all time is "human after all" and i don't know why. Normally songs that repeat the same thing over and over again drive me insane but for some reason that song tickles my brain in a way that nothing else does.

The new Lady Gaga song is pretty great. It's nice to see her get back to the dance genre after exploring some other ones for a while. I have always and will always be a huge fan of hers. It seems that when times are darkest, that's when the best art comes out. At least we have that going for us lol.

Officially left twitter today after downloading an archive of all of my data from there. It's hard to leave behind something that was so great for a long time but there is just no fixing that site. It is truly forever lost to the darkness.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate was released 6 years ago! I drew this at the time to celebrate the release. It's definitely aged, but still means a lot to me. I worked on the details painstakingly and used alcohol markers on top of watercolor for the first time, something I do all the time now! #art

Playing Tekken 8 with the killer instinct 2013 soundtrack in my headphones is possibly the greatest fighting game experience I've ever had.

Today I'm thankful for a lot of things but I'm most thankful for my smart and beautiful daughter and the family we've made with my girlfriend and her son. I'm also thankful for all of you that cared about my daughter playing this silly game. Y'all are all very special.

Three years ago today bubblegum went to her first smash tournament. I cannot believe she's still doing it. Life has been getting in the way of competing lately but we plan to start back up again after the holidays and stay consistent. Smash forever y'all.

Reached the orange ranks on Tekken tonight. This is a big deal for me. As someone who's always loved fighting games but never been good at them it's starting to click for me. I really wish smash had this online ranking system. It's so rewarding to finally hit that next rank!
