Once a video has captions, videos smart generates a title, description, chapters, or moments from them. If it has none yet, it asks before transcribing anything.

You (and your agent) can now manage Bunny Stream from the bunny.net CLI. Create libraries, add videos, and print embed URLs with commands that behave the same in your shell, a CI pipeline, or your agent’s session 🧵

Lock down playback from the same terminal. One command turns on embed tokens and blocks direct access, and videos embed signs the URL with an expiry you choose.

Transcription costs $0.10 per language-minute, and videos transcribe prints an estimate before it starts. Pass --source-language to get an exact figure instead of a range.

Yesterday was a busy day for PHP security. Bunny Shield protections were in place ahead of the release, helping block known exploit patterns. Our Lead of CDN & Security, Joe, was right in the thick of it. Now's your chance to meet him and learn more at our upcoming Lunch & Learn 👉 bit.ly/4yEZafA

The Bunny Stream SDK for React Native and Expo is here 🐰⚛️ Play, upload, record, and broadcast video from your app through one TypeScript API, with playback running on each platform’s native media engine.

Update on the PHP vulnerabilities: Fixes for CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 are now available. Patch PHP as soon as possible. We've added a new multipart nesting WAF rule alongside existing upload-progress protection. Both block matching requests only in blocking mode. Updated details 👇

Two critical PHP vulnerabilities (CVSS 9.2) have been disclosed. While an emergency patch is on the way, Bunny Shield has already activated a WAF rule to block requests matching public exploit patterns before they reach the origin. 🛡️ Details on our response👇

You don’t need to build your own video player just to use custom controls. The Bunny Player guides give you a Player object, so your own buttons can play, pause, seek, mute, and change playback speed.

Congestion from a transatlantic fiber cut pushed one customer's origin latency in our Taipei region to around 3 seconds. Burrow Smart Routing automatically rerouted their traffic through Los Angeles, cutting latency below 1 second while the incident was still ongoing.

Following the recent Deno announcement, we wanted to clarify what this means for Bunny Edge Scripting: nothing changes for our users. Your existing scripts will keep running, and you can continue developing and deploying new ones as usual.

Edge Scripting runs on our own customized Deno runtime, which we'll continue maintaining with V8 upgrades, security fixes, and support for new TypeScript and Node.js features.

We're monitoring developments and evaluating our long-term options. Whatever runtime we use in the future, we're committed to preserving compatibility with existing scripts and APIs. We'll share more about our long-term plans well before Deno's support window ends.

CDN and edge security, backed by a local 24/7 SOC in Southeast Asia 🐰 Primary Guard, a Malaysian MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), is now an authorized @bunny.net partner reselling Bunny CDN and Bunny Shield across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Deploy static sites to our network with a single command 💅 The bunny.net CLI sets up Storage, CDN, and DNS for your site, so there's no deploy pipeline to build yourself. Deploys are atomic, and rolling back takes one command.

On learning platforms, viewers expect videos to resume right where they left off. Use Bunny Player's timeupdate event to save a viewer's progress, then set the t parameter to pick up from that position. Our guides for React, Next.js, Vue, and Svelte show you how.

You can now deploy static sites with the bunny.net CLI. The new workflow wires up Storage, CDN, and DNS and puts the folder your framework builds live on our global network in one command.

80 million vertical episodes a month. That’s a lot of video. 👀 INKITT uses Bunny Stream to keep every episode playing smoothly without complicating their setup. We chatted with the team about what they’re building, why they chose @bunny.net, and how they handle video at this scale.

Just published Bunny Player integration guides for React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, Svelte, and SvelteKit. Need to embed Bunny Stream videos? Each guide covers a Bunny Player component that renders the player, forwards its events, and gives you a Player object to control playback.

What can you build in 20 days? Turns out, quite a lot. 👀 We had a fun chat about building a micro drama app from scratch and the tech that made it happen. Catch the full replay 👇

ICYMI: You can manage Bunny Database migrations right from the bunny.net CLI Create numbered SQL migrations, preview them with a dry run, apply them in order, and see what's still pending.

When one of your origins goes down, your site or app shouldn't go down with it. Bunny CDN Load Balancer spreads uncached traffic across your origins and fails over automatically based on the priorities you set. Now in Public Preview.

#CDN… three letters you’ve probably seen a lot. But what does it actually do? Graeme walks you through it. Hit play. 👀

When someone asks an agent about your business, the answer comes from whatever it can pull off your page, markup included. Agent Readability in Bunny Optimizer converts your pages to Markdown when agents request them, so the answer comes from your content, not your markup.

Did you know you can query Bunny Database with just fetch? The new Database client is a small TypeScript library with no external dependencies, built for Edge Scripting and anywhere else you need to query a serverless SQL database.

Burrow Smart Routing is now Generally Available in Bunny Optimizer. When the direct path to your origin is slow, Burrow carries the request across our backbone and reaches it through another region with a faster route. Perfect for checkouts, API calls, or personalized responses.
