Prefetching links in an infinity scroll is not a good idea if you run on one core :) 100% CPU load if you scroll the page 😒

Moving from sqlite and sqlite3 to better-sqlite3 was a bit tricky, as I still play with unstable_cache. unstable_cache requires a promise as a callback, and returns a promise itself, while better-sqlite3 is not async. I spent some time making changes to all function calls. AI can do it better :-)

zoho API documentation is outdated and lacks code examples. following the documentation does not yield results. one should be creative and guess :-)

It is very convenient how the payload cms db structure is defined through configuration files. Easy to change, easy to version.

It looks like there is no directory of payload cms plugins. just github

github says there are only 111 plugins for payload cms as of now.

Payload.dev is really good, but I miss a comprehensive guide on localisation. I’ve built 2 lang site with next-i18n-router without major issues. However making Link in the Rich Text Field is problematic.

Managing cache in next.js drives me crazy. There are so many nuances. Today I melted after trying to merge next-auth and github app. It worked locally but not on a server just because of caching.

Opting out of caching in Next 14 for API routs with export const dynamic = 'force-dynamic' is a really good idea :-)
