Apparently James Charles is in Australia. Given the serious allegations - and evidence - of him being a predator, @tonyburkemp.bsky.social would be well served to consider revoking his visa. There is evidence of a 14 year old being pestered for intimate images, and being sent intimate images.

Three maremma sheepdogs living life, getting pats, eating treats. Sometimes we tell jokes. It'd be super cool if people could stop killing other people.

@stephaniekelton.bsky.social How are you doing? Is now an appropriate time for a quick welfare check? Or was that (checks notes....) 5 tariff announcements ago?
1/ @legaleagle.tv @lizdye.bsky.social would "defence of another" hold in a court if say... a bunch of people were arrested for occupying runways to prevent planes leaving with human-trafficking victims? Just hypothetically, how far would that kind if defence fly (pun intended)?
The 5-4 podcast is great. www.fivefourpod.com But when a podcast by lawyers recommends people in the US get Typhoid vaccinations because the Supreme Court ruled against the EPA in a shit-in-drinking-water case... it might just be prophetic.
Repost simply to tag @quentindempster.bsky.social We've got all sorts of issues, but the fact that most of our public and private sectors are reliant on a single US owned business is deeply troubling. If AWS shut down and walked away there is no redundancy.
Talks of Australian sovereignty in regards to some submarines is a smoke screen. Sovereignty over the ENTIRE public sector is at risk. The Australian governments, state, territory, and federal use Amazon Web Services for pretty much everything. aws.amazon.com/government-e...

this video has it all: 1) gang gangs showing their preferred tiny nests entrance (+ associated logistic problems), 2) can hear the rapid squeaky call of the babies getting fed when mum eventually squeezes in, 3) full frontal absurdity of the floppy crest of dad, 4) stripy bum. this better go viralππ¦

The Australien Government and the Opposition have made an ad about minority government, and itβs surprisingly honest and informative. #auspol #2025election
Dietrich Bonhoeffer's 'Theory of Stupidity'. This will always be relevant. youtu.be/ww47bR86wSc?...
Yes. Correct stance. When facing an active emergency, the most useless thing that can be done is ask "what caused this." Deal with the emergency, protect lives and livelihoods. THEN analyse the causes and work towards prevention. Laying blame for the sake if it is not helpful.
I can't bring myself to make flippant remarks about getting what you voted for and dismantling of NOAA. Tornados are terrifying. Hurricanes that spin up from a Cat 1 to a 5 in 2 hours are nightmares. We need to be able to accurately predict these. We need to talk about why they're getting worse.
@ericbanana.bsky.social @bankstownboy.bsky.social do you peeps happen to know where I can get a fk-tonne of 2nd hand corflutes? Doesn't matter what they've got on them. I need to start making signage and Barnaby is my federal member.
Larry must have experienced a crisis of ideology and possibly even a crisis of faith, and yet still, he chose to listen. How many of us could, or would, choose to listen to others challenge a core belief or our faith? Who of us could, or would, have the strength to remain in the room?
This elderly man showed up to support an anti-trans bill in my home state and then, because he had to wait hours to testify, he was stuck listening to queer folks rally against it By the time it was his turn to speak, he'd changed his mind Never doubt that speaking out can change hearts and minds
Australia is a country built by the blood, sweat, and tears of First Nations Australians, South Sea Islanders, and forcibly displaced people from Great Britain. We must now stand on the side of democracy, freedom from oppression, and self determination. www.abc.net.au/news/2025-03...

@cathywilcox.bsky.social in preparation for the worst case Dutton Kleptocracy, @ me if you need me to firebomb a bunch of L or NP offices. I'm so ready. I've been ready since year 8 science.
Am I surprised that Matt Canavan, who is openly anti-science, anti-democracy, and anti-free speech, is also pro-Russia. No. Because Matt Canavan is and always has been a fascist. www.abc.net.au/news/2025-03...
