Galactic Racer is the best racing game since Split/Second. The roguelite structure works so well. Loving it.

It is true. Fuck me - that is amazing. I finished Star Wars Outlaws on Luna and it was great; this is a real endorsement of the tech if they're pushing a high-octane racer on the service. Wow. That's my evening sorted.

Finished that Spider-Man 2. Like all AAAs it goes on far too long, but really enjoyed most of it. 7/10.

I'm pleased to report I've still got it. The Royal Writ is out now on Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox and Game Pass. Really happy more people now have the opportunity to play this brilliant deckbuilder.

Counterpoint against the cloud gaming grumps: prompted by the GTA hype and realising I'd like a more convenient way to play it, I bought a second hand PlayStation Portal off eBay. I've been impressed with the cloud streaming side of it. SpiderMan 2 handheld is much more playable than on handheld PC.
