I tried to put on "underwear" earlier. The "underwear" in question was a thin tshirt that belongs to my husband. I put my legs where the arms go and I realized I wasn't able to pull them up well. Then the hole where the head goes was between my legs and I went, "wow, there's a hole in the crotch!!"

What's a soda PET bottle?? Do dogs drink Dr. Pepper now??

I was thinking about going back to our bedroom, but I can't stop crying and I realized if I passed by my father-in-law watching tv in the living room that he'd probably notice that I'm crying and it would probably sound stupid saying that I started crying by almost spilling my soup, so I went into

the guest bedroom, locked the door, put my empty bowl on the nightstand, and laid on the bed. I'll finish my dishes in the morning. I'm tired. Nobody in-person deserves to see me like this. My father-in-law has enough going on, too, so I don't need to feel like I'm inconveniencing him with my stupid

I went to the kitchen and made chicken noodle soup and almost spilled it and started crying. What the hell?? I rarely cry. I have a generalized mood disorder I take medication for, but when minor inconveniences have happened this month, I'll just break down and cry. I don't like that.

rekindled some connections as I felt so guilty about how not having control of my emotions impacted others negatively. At that point back then, I knew I had to seek professional help, so that's what I did. I feel honored to be in the support circles I have now and I'm also super grateful for that. I

not a healthy habit, but I can't be bothered to unlearn it. I stress the importance of telling my close friends, even friends and mutuals on this app to reach out to me if they need anything, even if it's just to be heard. I sure as hell had little to no emotional support in the past and nobody

Despite all the struggles I've had throughout my life and this being the worst month of my life, I'm still alive and kicking and trying my best. I'm surrounded by lots of love by individuals on this website, my husband, my close friends, among others and I couldn't ask for anything more. 💖

Some folks preach about mental health awareness and checking in on friends, but they won't hesitate to toss all that aside once they find it to be an inconvenience to them. They don't care about those things. It's performative activism for internet clout. Some people can't practice what they preach.

is all the more reason my father and sister will no longer be welcome in my life. Family doesn't treat others like that. Period. This was back when I was in college, so this definitely had to be around 2015 or 2016, so it's been a decade, but I think about that a lot. Nobody checked in on me. I knew

I personally last attempted suicide at a "family" "vacation" to theme parks in Florida. My father is very condescending and it made me want to attempt and my family got ANGRY with me for wanting to take my own life. It wasn't about how they treated me that made me want to take my own life, but it

Not everything will be 50/50 in relationships, even friendships. Folks get busy and that's okay!! Despite that, I try my best to reach out, even if I have a few minutes during a busy day. Some folks spread mental health awareness as spreading awareness is popular, but they don't /really/ mean it.

I've been quiet about this, but we (as in CJ and I) are looking to become homeowners by Christmas!! I found a mortgage lender through Zillow willing to work with me that'll increase my limit once I raise my credit score another twenty or more points. We're trying to stay in the $400,00-ish range.

name isn't publicly tied to the property. I had a couple of issues being doxxed in the past and I certainly don't need it happening a third time. I've removed my legal identity so much off the internet that if anyone does a web search of my legal name, nobody will know my exact address, unless I
