Lula's victory was a dramatic come-from-behind win. Bolsonaro actually won the first round of voting on 10/04 leading Lula by about 2mil. votes. But a significant surge in voter turnout for yesterday's 2nd round propelled Lula ahead by a margin of over 4.4 million votes to secure the presidency.
