The next 24 months will be one of the biggest professional development pushes of my career. I’ve put together an ambitious roadmap that spans cloud security, privacy, artificial intelligence, governance, project management, and business leadership. 🧵

Some other stuff I've built out with Claude for my kids as an additional resource. After I sit with them and go over assignments, I have them go through this to help reinforce what they've learned. Trying to teach them how to use AI ethically.

Built out my ISACA Advanced in Artificial Intelligence Audit (AAIA) exam prep app. Will see by end of October how this goes. Built in Claude.

Built an Advanced in Artificial Intelligence Audit (AAIA) test app to support my exam preparation. After completing initial Domain 1 training, I took a an assessment to identify where I need to improve.

Happy where I’m at (before remediation), means my anchor training is good. Going to continue grinding and then move on to Domain 2 next week.

Passed the ISC2 CCSP this morning. $600 exam, 3 hour long test. Appreciate the 3 people who stopped by the streams to watch me do study sessions.

The real snub is Kelsey Mitchell. Sophie is a great shooter, but doesn’t have the volume of shots as the other participants. Sabrina is shooting horribly this season, but is a 2 time champion, so I understand why she’d get an invite.

CC participating would make her the worst shooter out of the entire group percentage wise, she’d only be there for marketability, not merit. I wouldn’t be mad at Sophie being put in, but wouldn’t exactly call her a snub….a potential missed mainstream marketing opportunity perhaps.

I plan on giving back. I’m putting together this ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional examine engine and giving it out for free. Still in works, but everything has been curated, aligns with exam outlines, and challenges your preparedness. Here are some screen shots.

This builds on certifications I’ve already earned, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

It’s an ambitious plan, but that’s intentional. Cybersecurity, governance, privacy, cloud, and AI continue to evolve, and I want to keep evolving with them. Here’s to the next 24 months of learning, discipline, and growth.

The journey starts with the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) exam on July 27. In September 2026, I’ll begin my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management. Those are the first two milestones on the roadmap.

After that, the plan is to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, Artificial Intelligence Security and Governance (AAISM), Artificial Intelligence Implementation (AAIA), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).

6 weeks out from my ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) exam. Spent last 4 weeks working through 6 domains building foundation. Now it’s exam prep mode. Latest checkpoint: 84% on full 125-question practice test (105 correct). $600 exam, 125 questions, 3 hours, 700/1000 to pass. ☁️🔐

First PC game I ever owned. Betrayal In Antara. Didn’t know anything about PC gaming, but it was something to play. Had no idea what the game was about, nor did I get far but still, picked this up for $7.
