Procedural rocks! didn't want the students for my upcoming course to have to dive into a ton of programs or feeling like they had to buy some rock packs so I've took some time to find a decent way to make some procedural rocks using C4d Noises!

the neat thing about my workflow is its the same whether I'm making a realistic or stylized illustration! the thing that sets them apart is the shaders. In my upcoming course, I'll set you up with the foundation to be able go into your own direction!

Sometimes when you're stuck on a direction, give yourself a little brief. This is what I used for myself as I was stuck on a fun direction for the course. 'The warlocks tower sits upon the farthest reaches of earth, where to fabrics of this reality are the thinnest.'
