For the 3rd straight year, my Medicare Plan is no longer being offered. Must find another plan. Problem, newer Advantage plans in my area are HMOs forcing me to give up medical continuity for new doctors using inconvenient insurers facilities so they can keep more of the money they bill to HHS.
