Doing a kitty scarf based on my cat Punkin 😸

Friday was a gorgeous day for #TheAlfrescoes to be out painting! Soft pastels on Strathmore Toned Tan paper.

Sold this pretty scarf yesterday 😀 100% washable, durable, luxurious silk! Caronsmith.com

Just a quick #pastelpainting with #TheAlfrescoes today. Gorgeous fall weather!

I mean, look at these two! 😁😍😉

If you listen closely, as the wave recedes, you can hear the little pebbles rolling :)

Beautiful Matheson Lake. Pastel painting and 2 photos. Our plein air painting excursion was wonderful!

Went painting today with #TheAlfrecoes. Every week we get together and paint somewhere on this gorgeous island.

Simple food :)

I decided to plant 3 types of iris in this big pot. Maybe the dwarf variety will bloom in the spring. The others, I believe, will bloom the following year.

Nice to take a break :)

Framing 3 pieces for an upcoming show, all pastels. Plus, one oil painting of some robins that descended on my porch one cold day. #pastelonpastelmat #waterlilies #pastelpainting #astilbe #swaninautumn #raftofrobins

Our #appletree is amazing this year! Its branches were bending so low, a couple of them even broke a little. We've made apple sauce and dried apple rings, and we've given tons away to neighbours! We are thankful for such bounty! #snowapples

Worked on 3 #silkscarves today. After doing some #cat-themed ones I'm now doing some with #bears!

Our little kitty, scooped up off the street 16 years ago as a kitten. We tried to find out if anyone had reported her missing at the SPCA, but no. She was likely feral, and we've treated her like a princess ever since ❤️ 💙 💜 Happy Birthday Punkin

My new cat motif on a scarf. Closeup. I have 5 kitties marching across the bottom edge. 100% silk.

caronitreasures.etsy.com/listing/4545... I've finally started posting on Etsy again. I made this seaweed themed scarf a couple of weeks ago. I love painting on silk, it's such a beautiful material to work with!
