sucks to hear PPSSPP is ass-garbage now after I gave them $5 around the start of the year, but hearing about that is also how I just now learned Dolphin banned LLM-generated code so I am quite happy to know that emulator is still going strong.

I was supposed to go to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight but I instead replayed SUPERHOT: VR for the first time since I got my headset & it was a good outlet that I needed tonight, but also my phone is a shiny black object and now I'm conditioned to expect a bullet is about to shatter on it.

I want to join everyone else in diving into the metroid series but unfortunately my executive dysfunction has gotten so bad since getting my degree that even fun activities like that feel impossible, despite me having the games readily available and the platforms I intend to play them on all set up.

wishing very very much that this sentiment gets picked up by indie game devs, because whenever I find a game that is outspoken about how a whopping 0% of it was put together with gen AI I make a point to wishlist or buy it (if I can afford to) immediately.
