So the actual experience view is that 5 minutes after a scheduled 15 minute service makes 20 minutes as tolerable as a gap standard. But the city turned it into if a bus itself is 20 minutes late that it's as though the trip isn't delivered.
City's definition of "reliability" now is 99.5% of trips delivered within 20 minutes of scheduled time.
There is an absolute maximum: 30mm. There is a safe maximum. There is a quick accumulation maximum. There is a protection of equipment maximum. These all vary on conditions; argument made here, it forgets that rain also flash freezes, causing already a deteriorating condition ahead of freezing rain.

Ended up having to make four adjustments for my transit plan after 4pm today... two cancelled 85s, 30 minute service on routes 51/58, a DD on route 88 and a 60 seemingly needing service at Bayshore, 58 after the 2pm trip only going to Bayshore.. ended up taking 81 instead, oth-wise >20 more min wait
On the contrary, the majority people had left the festival grounds by 11pm .. less than two hours after the 9:30pm Canada Day event. 2 hours is the baseline for most people to egress most people from an event with approaching 100,000 people for Canada Day crowds. The evidence contradicts.
Pimisi station, right at lebreton flats, gets closed for Canada Day, Bluesfest, etc because it's to small to handle the crowds. They force people to disperse to other transportation methods because the brand new train and station can't handle the known annual events.
You are up to date.
