Bandit hunkering down in preparation for Hurricane Isaias’ arrival here late tonight or early tomorrow morning. Looks like the eye is forecast to pass about 10 miles west of here. Time to batten down the hatches 😬

Finally found out who’s been eating whatever cat food the kitty I TNR’d leaves on her plate… I’ve heard foxes screaming at night in the neighborhood, but this is the first time I’ve seen one of them. (Photos in the comments)

NY Times strikes again with a blatantly misleading headline and take. 🤬 Completely downplaying the facts. Just because the absolute worst case scenario doesn’t look as likely doesn’t mean that the other scenarios that ARE more likely won’t turn the Earth into a hellscape. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Frankie prefers to keep mostly to herself. She’s a semi-feral who showed up in my yard 4 or 5 years ago. I had been feeding her for weeks, then one day she showed up with a nasty wound on her back so I trapped her, got her treated at the vet and decided to keep her inside with my other kitties.
