I’m watching The West Wing for the 1st time. The Bartlet Administration actually worries about ethics, responds to subpoenas, and has a moral center. How quaint! We have lost so much over the past several decades. The show can be inspiring, but given today’s corruption, it often just makes me sad.

Well, I knew this was possible—it’s at least going to 6 games now. I’ll be in NY on Tuesday, June 16th in a hotel 2 blocks from MSG. The experience will either be beyond great or chaotic and depressing. I lived in DC in 1983 when Washington won the Super Bowl. Unbelievable experience. Who knows??

NBC news just opened with a 5-minute segment on the Nancy Guthrie case. Not Pam Bondi’s disgraceful testimony today. Not the push to pass the Save Act. I could go on and on, but MSM is a major part of the problem.

Indiana’s defense is starting to practice Murderball. They resemble Saban’s Alabama teams. Ummm…was Cignetti available when Saban retired? Hiring someone from the Saban tree would have been nice for Bama.

It isn't about fentanyl. If so, he would've attacked Mexico and China. It isn't about drug trafficking. If so, he wouldn't have pardoned the President of Honduras. It isn't about election integrity. If so, he wouldn't have tried to steal an election here. It's. About. The. Oil.

8 years ago today, I celebrated Doug Jones’ election to the US Senate. Tonight, I attended his campaign kickoff for Governor of Alabama. A difficult task, perhaps, but I’m enthusiastically ready to volunteer. Alabama can and should be better.

I am at ShoalsFest in Florence, AL. Saw Jackson Browne last night, and Jason Isbell will perform shortly. I needed this. The vibe is so positive. There are people of all ages from all over the country. Everyone is friendly and kind.

You are up to date.
