This design is based on the flag of the settlement out in the ocean, as well as the giant solar power mirror array in the center of town that mostly seems like it would fry the Mayor's house. I guess it doesn't matter when you have the bigger problem of having a mobile military academy crashing into it.

Digital preorders appear to be up, but I strongly suggest people NOT do that for obvious reasons. If you must, though, the base game is $70 and the deluxe with a DLC preorder and one-day-early access to the base game is $100.

I've seen this bouncing around socials since yesterday. Surely I'm not the only one who doesn't buy Revelation getting this rating? It seems like only the Xbox store guesses what the rating will end up being, but I can't imagine Squenix angling for an M on this game for so many reasons.

It could easily be user error, but I'm looking at metrics and it really seems to me that blocking Google's AI scraper has the intentional consequence of getting nuked from organic search results too. I saw a dramatic drop in traffic coming in during the window where I had the block switched on. 1/

Nobody's making a living off of CoN, it's just something that we do to try to share community and be useful. But if it looks like nobody can find the site any more, even with all the new players still joining the retro Final Fantasy community after all these years... 3/

This puts sites like CoN essentially into a death pact - either lose your organic traffic by being hard to find in search, or lose your organic traffic because users will get the answer from AI before seeing search results at all. 2/

When I saw the FF7 Rebirth Orchestral Concert last year, they were selling a cocktail called Seventh Heaven. I played around with figuring out the recipe for a while and hit on this last night, and it was a hit at our neighborhood block party. I'll post the recipe if anyone asks. 😅

Okay, nobody asked but I was posting it anyway. 😆 2oz Vodka 4oz Sugar-Free Lemonade (made sparkling with seltzer) 2oz Strong-brewed hibiscus tea Mix and pour the vodka and lemonade into a glass, and float the hibiscus as a new layer on top. My photo was taken a little later post-float.

According to Circana's PlayerPulse, 62% of US Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth players are 35 years old or older. If you add 30-34's you get to 77%. 19% are aged 45+.

Now that Ever Crisis is shutting down, I buckled down and got the "final" Steam achievement for it. It's possible they add new ones with some of the wrap-up content, but probably not?
