Bioware news remind me that i tend to imagine Rufus & Elena eng voice to something more similar to Garrus & Tali in term of voice direction than what we got in 7R

wish Tifa's character exploration involved more her actual main thing: martial art & her relationship to it & y'know the hundred of Zangan's students around the world instead an annoying mini-game i will automatically skip

At least three people died because of police brutality, including a journalist who got his femoral artery cut by shards from a grenade

ppl clutching their pearls for a demolished building but not for kid mutilated or ppl dying just for protesting & knowing our police is the most militarize & has been escalating things on purpose... Buildings can be rebuilt, not an hand or a lost live, you idiotic cattle.

t's prob a minority opinion but i prefered season 2 of edgerunners over season 1. It did a better job at making me care about its characters ( i barely gaf by the end of season 1) & i loved the visuals more overall

Never understood why ppl raved so much about season 1 tbh. Beside the animation & character designs, the way the story flows to the point he couldn't feel the supposed weight of the supposed tragedy, them not knowing what they want w/ Lucy's personnality, David being the protag...

Cbullet
@cbullet.bsky.social

As someone said, season 2 is really more thoughtful about the characters' relationship with technology & cyberware over big guns, actions scenes & the story constantly waving death flags

The ensemble cast treatment was a good choice in term of storytelling & there isn't a boring character that bring down other the more interesting ones with their relationships *side eye Lucy getting f over by being shoved in a romance w/ David* The story deserved more episodes & moments to breathe

"Don't have any skill or redeeming quality, jealous of your coworkers & wanna get praises you don't deserve ? one simple answer : Copilot."

The first genuinely honest ad for generative AI I've ever seen, from Microsoft / CoPilot A mediocre white guy sees his non-white colleague getting praised for good work, he asks AI to *literally copy it*, and then he gets all the praise instead: www.ispot.tv/ad/SoDi/micr...

One of the most famous game studios since the last two decades but we know now how they don't even have to justify themselves as long the ppl on top get their fat bag of money & they can keep pushing out there more predatory games/

weird to see english-language media go with "France being France lol" instead of focusing on the violent, unabashed repression & criminal behaviour by the police yeah a building burnt but, you know, kids are being mutilated so

"why would french ppl do this to their own country?" says the president selling France to billionnaires & private interests, gutting her public & social services & was at celine dion concert during the day of protest, watching said concert with his billionnaire buddies

For me good art has to put its head into the jaws of Insisting Upon Itself and sometimes it gets devoured but the greater sin lies in the opposite direction, which is never giving us the chance to care at all

I wonder if Tifa is gonna have a little "uh?" moment when meeting SF6 Elena in her victories screen since she has the same name as FF7 Elena but also both have soccer moves in their fighting style

I tried to do an okonomiyaki with lard (even got benito flakes, tonkatsu sauce, kewpie mayo & dashi powder for it) & it's quite decent. I'm curious to see the various recipes.

good thing is that even students who attend elitists schools are showing support for the movement & progressive policies, which fucking break the brains of the editorialists from the various tv channels owned by billionnaires
